This is a beautifully detailed, 44 million year old fossil handsome fungus beetle (order Coleoptera - family Endomychidae) preserved in Baltic amber. This beetle is about 3.2mm long in a 39 x 36 x 7mm piece of amber.
As a reminder, most inclusions in Baltic amber are extremely small so magnification will be needed to make out much detail. A physical photo of the specimen is included with your order and we will also email you a high resolution digital copy.
