.87" Fossil Bull Shark Tooth (Carcharhinus) - Unusual Location

This is a serrated, .87" fossil bull shark (Carcharhinus leucas) tooth collected from a unique and rare locality in Angola, Africa. It comes from the Cacuaco-Luanda Formations, making it between 3.6 and 20 million years old. This material was collected by a geologist working in the country about 15 years ago, so there are almost no Angola shark teeth out there.

Comes with an acrylic display case.
