This is a 2.9" wide vertebra of the giant Pliosaur Stretosaurus (Pliosaurus) cf. macromerus. It is Upper Jurassic in age and was collected in Abingdon, England. The vertebral processes didn't remain intact and the exterior of the vertebra is weathered.
