2.4" Scabriscutellum Trilobite - Issoumour, Morocco

This is an impressively prepared Scabriscutellum trilobite from Morocco. Excellent shell detail including thousands of tiny eye facets are present. This is a fairly scarce species, and this is a good sized specimen at 2.4" long (if oustretched). It's arched in the middle and sits atop a sculpted, pedestal of limestone. Only a small amount of shell restoration on the tail along the repaired crack.
