is a nicely preserved, 10.6 tall vertebrae from the Late Jurassic, beaked, plant-eating dinosaur Camptosaurus. It was collected this past year from our partners private quarry near Dinosaur, Colorado. The bone quality of this vertebrae is quite nice as it was found mostly encased in a hard sandstone, which had to be mechanically removed. Only the tips of two of the processes which were exposed and eroded have been restored. It comes with a custom made metal display stand.

Camptosaurus is a relatively heavily built, plant eating dinosaur from the Jurassic Period. It had robust hindlimbs, broad feet and a pointed snout, equipped with a beak. Adults could reach up to 25 feet in length.
