1.9" Serrated Allosaurus Tooth - Wyoming
This is a 1.9" long tooth of Allosaurus that was collected from Big Horn County, Wyoming. Typically dinosaur material from the Morrison Formation will be deformed and cracked due to geologic pressures, however this tooth underwent excellent preservation considering the location it came from. Both serrated edges of the tooth are present, however the serrations are slightly worn along both edges. The enamel at the tip of the tooth has chipped away and there are minor enamel stress fractures throughout the tooth. An Allosaurus tooth this size would have come from an adult Allosaurus dinosaur!
The tooth comes with a floating frame display case.
